Deep Front Line

The Deep Front Line is key to all things core. As the deepest of all the myofascial meridians, it has the function of maintaining core alignment and core stability. As discussed in the Toe Spreading blog post, some of the important structures it includes are the sole of the foot (i.e, the flexor hallucis), the pelvic floor, the psoas major, the QL, all the adductors, the diaphragm, the parietal pleura, and the scalenes.
